Our policy on refunds, returns, and service cancellations.
We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase for consultations and educational programmes. Digital materials (guides, resources) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Cancellation Window: Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not available.
No-Shows: Sessions not cancelled and not attended are forfeited.
Within 30 Days: Full refund if you've attended fewer than 2 sessions.
After 30 Days: No refund available, though you may request a transfer to another programme of equal or lesser value.
Email info@removalanklegree.world with your booking reference and reason. Include any relevant documentation. We will process requests within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
If you experience genuine hardship or exceptional circumstances preventing participation, contact us to discuss options. We consider requests individually.
